Starring together in the "John Wick" series of films, when the two actors were pictured together at the John Wick: Chapter 2 Premiere at the Arclight Hollywood there appears to be a 1.25 inch difference in height.

Also, when together at a handprint ceremony at the Chinese Theater in Los Angeles in 2019, the height difference does appear to be around the same. 

So compared to Lance Riddick, Keanu appears to be 6'1" tall. 

Patrick Swayze 5'10.25" (178.4 cm)

Starring together in the 1991 film "Point Break", when Patrick Swayze and Keanu were pictured together at the Point Break (1991) Premiere circa in Japan, Keanu looks to be decently taller than Patrick by around 2.25-2.5 inches. 

Also, when pictured together at the California premiere of the film, there does appear to be a clear 2.25 inch difference between them.

So when standing together with Patrick, Keanu appears to be between 6'0.5"-6'0.75" tall.
